My September calendar for military research classes has been set. I am teaching live locally and have other things going on so there are fewer live small group coaching classes this month. However, I am recording all my classes and as I do, they are being added to the Pre-Recorded Class section in my Store.
A lot of researchers think military research is the same as genealogy. It is not. It requires a different strategy, a different timeline and different records. Military research is more than attaching one page of a MACR from Fold3 to your Ancestry tree and thinking you know everything. I promise you, you don’t – there is so much to learn and you start with the meaning of that MACR page and what that record tells you about your veteran or fallen’s military service.
If you are ready to learn how to research WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam military service, come take a class and learn the 2-part strategy I developed 16 years ago to research any veteran even if the records burned.
PLUS!!! If you register for a live class, you are automatically enrolled in the end of the month Student Q&A. This session is optional but you can come ask questions, listen to what others are asking and researching and level up your skills. All skill levels are welcome.
No one else in the country is teaching at this depth for WWI or WWII. Come join me in a class or take a pre-recorded and level up your research skills.
